Accessibility
Designed to be
easy to use.
Clear type, readable colours and straightforward navigation help make information easier to access.
Using the website
You can navigate with a keyboard, use the skip-to-content link, expand frequently asked questions and open the mobile menu without a mouse. The menu can be closed with the Escape key. Text can be enlarged using your browser settings and pages adapt to smaller screens.
The website respects your device’s reduced-motion preference. Direct email and telephone links are available without JavaScript. The About page includes a text profile download and a print layout; use your browser’s Print command if the print button is unavailable.
If you need help
If any information is difficult to access, contact the Nellie Supports team by telephone on 0333 987 5118 or email nellie@nelliesupports.com. Please describe the page and the information you need so that the team can help.
